Our Commitment to Your Safe and Secure Dental Care

Helvetic Clinics upholds the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring a pristine dental environment where safety and hygiene protocols are rigorously followed. We strictly adhere to all applicable legal regulations and the guidelines set by the National Public Health Center (ÁNTSZ) for dental clinics. Our primary goal is to ensure that from the moment you step into our clinic, you feel completely safe throughout your treatment. Our safety measures are continuously adapted to current circumstances, whether in everyday operations or during extraordinary situations such as a viral outbreak. Currently, we implement the following safety measures in our daily practice:

  • The dentists and assistants work in protective equipment that meets international standards
  • The treatment rooms and dental instruments are meticulously disinfected after each patient
  • We apply strict dental instrument sterilization protocols (autoclave)
  • We conduct regular ozone generator disinfection in the treatment rooms
  • Our staff are vaccinated and have immunity protection against common transmittable diseases during dental treatments
  • A spacious patient waiting area is available for your convenience, allowing for social distancing in the event of a pandemic outbreak
  • The social areas are disinfected multiple times a day

Thanks to these measures, you can be assured that your health during dental treatment is under maximum protection at Helvetic Clinics.

  • You are not exposed to the risk of viral infection
  • You are not exposed to the risk of bacterial infections
  • You are not exposed to the risk of other infectious diseases

Of course, safety is a shared responsibility, so we kindly ask you to also take care of the safety of our staff and patients:

  • If you feel unwell or have a fever, please postpone your dental treatment. This will not only protect the health of our staff and fellow patients, but also ensure that your body, weakened by illness, is not exposed to the additional strain associated with dental procedures
  • If you are uncertain about whether you are in suitable condition for a dental treatment, feel free to contact our staff at 053 930 1323, and we will assist you to the best of our knowledge.
  • Upon arriving at our clinic, please fill out the medical history form to the best of your knowledge, so that your treating physician can create the most personalized treatment plan with the least possible risk for you
