Just had my first bit of work done in Helvetics, after a consultation at the start of the year. From start to finish, I cannot fault a thing. Beautiful setting, very calming atmosphere, and all the reception staff from beginning to end were beyond kind to me. I had a horrific and excruciating experience in a dentists in Ireland a few years ago, and severe problems with my bottom teeth that were knocking my confidence massively for sometime, which led to a bit of emotion in the first sitting - they were so understanding of this, special thanks to Nora from the reception for this too, a lovely woman with the best customer service I've ever received.I've just left with what feels like a huge weight off my shoulders. You have plenty of time on between treatments to enjoy the city as you are pretty centrally located. I came to this clinic from the United States because I don't have health insurance, and I couldn't afford root canal treatment, cleaning, or a crown on my own. I was very nervous about leaving the comfort of my country and entrusting someone so far away, not to mention my fear of dentists. I must say that they exceeded my expectations by far. The team is professional and provided excellent communication upon my arrival, during my treatments, and even during the follow-up visit. The entire team that assisted me spoke English fluently and were very kind. The dentist even offered me chocolate when I mentioned that I hadn't had breakfast yet and was worried because I couldn't eat for a few hours after the treatment. During the consultation, they explained everything in detail, and I can say that I recently visited a dentist in the United States, and they recommended only the necessary treatments to fix my teeth. Their opinion was the same as what my home dentist stated. As for the prices, they were the same online as what I received during the consultation, and I paid exactly that amount at the end. There were no extra or hidden costs. The team listened and did everything to make me feel comfortable and took care of me. The offices are very clean, and they have a great team that takes care of every detail. For the first time, I truly enjoyed a dental treatment experience, and I can recommend the clinic to everyone. It's just a bonus that Budapest is a beautiful city worth visiting. They even came to pick me up at the airport and took me back when I returned home. Above all, I consider the reliability of the staff (starting from email or phone scheduling), detailed consultations, whether in advance or after contacting the treating doctors, important. No question is too much, and you never feel time pressure. I have never had the feeling that someone is trying to "sell" me something. The atmosphere is calm, the treatments are completely painless, and I have never had to go to a dentist at home afterward; everything went smoothly. The result left nothing to be desired, always aiming for the best possible aesthetic outcome. Contacting via email and phone before the 1st visit and the opportunity to turn to competent staff with questions before and after the visit, which was personally very important to me. Superb care, consistently friendly staff from airport pick-up to the final check-up during treatments. So-called "Patient Coordinators" are always available, translating into any language during dental treatments. They provide a sense of security; you have someone personally to turn to, and they do a great job. Thanks to Stefan, Eszter, and Ervin for this! Overall, there is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and I never felt that the dentists were working under time pressure. No one is pressured into a treatment; decisions are made by the individual - all questions regarding recommended treatments can be discussed and thought over calmly. There are no "hidden" costs; the treatment costs are transparent. The technical equipment seemed to be of a high standard to me. We were able to start my treatments (implant, closed curettage) already during the first two-day consultation. Every treatment was painless. The doctors made an effort to explain everything calmly if further questions arose. They appeared very competent and trustworthy to me. Language barriers are practically non-existent because the accompanying translator is good, and most doctors speak English well. If one wishes, they can stay in an excellent hotel associated with the clinic. This simplifies many things, especially if one has multiple treatments in a day. In summary, I can only say that I am happy to have found this clinic and dared to take the first step. I will continue to have everything done there. Customer service at the highest level – everyone is very kind and helpful! I received a plan for the treatments with clear prices and scheduling, so I know exactly what, how, when, and how much to do. They picked me up from the airport, offered free antigen tests for the return journey, and provided transportation back to the airport! Free consultation, panoramic X-ray – you can't go wrong with this. The hotel is in the same building and within walking distance of everything, but public transportation is widely available and very good. The Hop-on Hop-off tour is literally 5 minutes away. Add a wonderful top-floor apartment, beautifully tasteful breakfast, amazing staff, and of course, Budapest... Budapest is the absolute diamond of the Danube, with its tones, sights, and attractions, not to mention the delicious Hungarian food. Since 2018, various types of treatments (implants, root canal treatment, crowns) have been performed at this clinic, and I cannot imagine anything better. Therefore, I will continue to have my annual check-ups there. Above all, I consider the reliability of the staff (starting from email or phone scheduling), detailed consultations, whether in advance or after contacting the treating doctors, important. No question is too much, and you never feel time pressure. I have never had the feeling that someone is trying to "sell" me something. The atmosphere is calm, the treatments are completely painless, and I have never had to go to a dentist at home afterward; everything went smoothly. The result left nothing to be desired, always aiming for the best possible aesthetic outcome. The dental laboratory in the same building certainly contributes to this, communication (great interpreters!) and extremely friendly support, regardless of who you are dealing with, is unique and of the highest standard. I felt safe with every member of the staff, the prices are transparent, and I could not have afforded these treatments at home.
