The Grand Morse Helix and its Acqua version are products of the Brazilian company Neodent, which have been successfully used by our oral surgeons and periodontists for years. Since its founding in 1993, Neodent has aimed to support dentists with high-quality products and has developed more than 2,000 tools related to implantology. This caught the attention of the prestigious Swiss company Straumann, and in 2015 Neodent became part of the Straumann Group, continuing to develop and manufacture excellent, affordable implants.
The Neodent GM Helix implant type, while a lower-cost class product, is a reliable system with well-designed dimensions and a wide range of prosthetic options. Its use ensures simple surgical and prosthetic application. It can be used to replace a missing tooth or for the complete rehabilitation of a fully edentulous patient, whether for fixed restorations (bridges) or fixed dentures (locator retained dentures).
A product made of pure titanium with an NeoPoros surface. The head connects to the body of the implant via a long conical connection. The manufacturer's aim is to provide optimal conditions for bone tissue growth, as the goal is for bone cells to migrate to the surface of the implant during the healing period after implantation.
Available in various sizes, but no thinner than 3.5 mm in diameter, making bone grafting necessary in cases of narrow jaw ridges.
The required healing time is 5 months.
The Neodent GM Helix Acqua implant is a higher-grade version of the GM Helix model. Its physical design is identical, but its surface undergoes a special treatment allowing for more stable and faster healing and osseointegration, even for patients with compromised health (e.g. diabetes). The long conical neck connection minimises micromovements. The manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty.

MegaGen's flagship, the AnyRidge, is compatible with its R2Gate surgical template system, allowing for guided surgery. This enables both flapless and suture-free, computer-planned dental implant placement. Under suitable conditions, you can immediately benefit from a fixed temporary restoration after the procedure.
MegaGen AnyRidge implant – Premium solution, immediately loadable implant
The AnyRidge implant is the premium model of MegaGen, considered the best system in the company’s portfolio. Due to its unique thread design, it can be used in a wide range of cases. It is specially designed for immediate implantation and allows immediate loading.
It provides excellent primary stability, even for molar tooth replacement immediately after extraction, which significantly speeds up the treatment process.
Required healing time: 3 months.
Straumann GmbH is one of the Swiss implant manufacturers with the most established legacy. We use both the "tissue level" and "bone level tapered" types of Straumann implants, which provide solutions even in cases of unfavorable bone conditions.
In most cases, we use the Straumann Roxolid implant, composed of 85% titanium and 15% zirconium, which has 40% greater fatigue strength, making it the best dental implant from the manufacturer.
It can also be used simultaneously with bone grafting. Multiple implants can be placed to create a full bridge, or it can be used to secure a denture, stabilizing removable dentures. Based on our experiences, the locator system of Straumann is the most durable on the market.
The Swiss manufacturer's premium product features an advanced surface. The SLActive implant surface offers more favorable healing conditions compared to the traditional SLA surface.
It is strongly recommended that if you have missing teeth, you consult one of our implantology specialists, as the failure to replace lost teeth over time can lead to irreversible consequences.

Is the cost of dental implantation higher for immediate implantation?
The cost of dental implantation does not depend on whether the procedure is done simultaneously with tooth extraction or at a later time.
How does the dental implantation process change if the problematic tooth has not yet been extracted?
If immediate dental implantation is feasible, the process is not delayed. If not, the implantation can occur after a 3-4 month healing period following the tooth extraction.
